"Stump the Professor" activity Nov. 11 will benefit crisis center

The Brigham Young University Women's Law Forum will sponsor "Stump the Professor" in the Moot Court Room Thursday, Nov. 11 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to help raise money for the Center for Women and Children in Crisis.

Admission to the event is free, as well as the pizza donated by the Women's Law Forum and the doughnuts by Krispy Kreme.

Money is raised when students donate $5 dollars for the opportunity to ask a question to try to "stump the professor." Two teams of professors compete to answer the question. If neither team of professors can successfully answer the question, the student wins a prize.

Prizes have been donated from many local businesses, including the Utah Jazz, Chuck-A-Rama, and P.F. Chang's.

For information or questions, please e-mail Iantha Haight, president of the Women's Law Forum, at imh@lawgate.byu.edu or call Lisa Cope, 422-6384.
