Spring Chorale at BYU plans June 16 concert at Provo Tabernacle

The Brigham Young University Spring Chorale, conducted by Rosalind Hall, will present "Evening Song" Friday, June 16, at 7:30 p.m. at the Provo Tabernacle, 100 S. University Ave.

Admission is free.

The performance will follow a religious, worshipful theme, and will include such songs as "Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing" arranged by Benjamin Harlan, "From Loving Hands" by Linda Cable Shute, "Magnificat" by Walter L. Pelz and selections from the "Te Deum" by Johann Georg Albrechtsberger.

"This is one of my favorite performances of the year," said Nathan Wright, choral assistant for the BYU School of Music. "It leaves you wishing they were going to do three to four more pieces. We hope people leave feeling spiritually fed."

For more information, contact Rosalind Hall at (801) 422-2272.
