Popular Christmas Booktalk at BYU's Lee Library Nov. 10

The Children's Literature Review Group of the Harold B. Lee Library Farnsworth Juvenile Literature Library and the BYU Bookstore are sponsoring the annual Christmas Booktalk Monday, Nov. 10, at 4 p.m. in the Lee Library auditorium on the Brigham Young University campus.

In its 11th year, the Christmas Booktalk allows interested book buyers to learn about available titles for the Christmas season. Janice Card, the BYU Bookstore buyer, will make a PowerPoint presentation on interesting or worthwhile books in the current market.

Attendees will also receive a bibliography of the titles that are mentioned.

The Booktalk is designed to give a brief overview of what is available in children's literature for the Christmas season, said Gabi Kupitz, associate librarian at the Lee Library.

The books can be purchased at the BYU Bookstore immediately following the event, as well as during regular business hours.

The event is being held in conjunction with Children's Book Week.

Admission is free. For more information, contact Gabi Kupitz at gabi_kupitz@byu.edu.
