T. Colin Campbell, director of one of the largest epidemiologic studies ever conducted on nutrition and health, will present information about "The China Study" on Wednesday, Oct. 4, at noon in the Garden Court at Brigham Young University's Wilkinson Student Center.
Campbell is a Jacob Gould Schurman Professor Emeritus of nutrition biochemistry at Cornell University. He has received more than 70 grant-years of peer-reviewed research funding and written more than 300 research papers. In his book, "The China Study," Campbell details connections among nutrition and heart disease, diabetes and cancer.
