Michael Dunn to present BYU devotional Jan. 31

Michael Dunn, an associate professor in the Brigham Young University Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science, will present a campus devotional address Tuesday, Jan. 31, at 11:05 a.m. in the Marriott Center.

It will be broadcast live on KBYU-TV (Channel 11), BYU-Television, KBYU-FM (89.1), BYU-Radio and byubroadcasting.org, as well as on campus in the Joseph Smith Building auditorium and the Varsity Theatre in the Wilkinson Student Center. Dunn received bachelor's and master's degrees in food science from BYU and a doctorate in food science from Cornell University, with minors in marketing and microbiology.

Following his doctoral studies, Dunn was employed by the International Food Network, Inc., a technical consulting firm providing product development and other technical services for food and beverage companies across a broad spectrum of product categories. He joined the BYU faculty in 2003.
