MEDIA ALERT: BYU Public School Partnership hosts leadership conference March 6-9

Leading speakers to discuss critical educational topics

The Brigham Young University-Public School Partnership presents the 4th Biannual Conference on Instructional Leadership in the 21st Century, “Classrooms & Schools for Tomorrow,” March 6-9 at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City.

The keynote address, "We Choose to Stay: A Teacher Fights for America's Inner City Schools" by Salome Thomas-El, will be delivered at 7 p.m. on Wednesday. Other significant lectures include “The Adolescent Brain” on Friday at 11:15 a.m.; “The Mind of Boys: Helping Our Sons Succeed in School and Life” on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. and again at 2:15 p.m.; and “Leadership Networks as Agents of School Improvement” on Friday at 11:15 a.m.
