LaVell, Patti Edwards to discuss mission experiences Feb. 1 at BYU

Lavell and Patty Edwards will address the Brigham Young University chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) on Wednesday, Feb. 1, about their recent public affairs mission in New York City for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The Edwards will share their experiences of working with the media, both as missionaries in New York City and in their role at BYU, at 8 p.m. in 151 Tanner Building.

Members of PRSSA, students and BYU faculty are invited to attend. Light refreshments will be served after the activity.

“We are excited to hear from Brother and Sister Edwards,” said PRSSA president Lyndsey Payzant. “They are good examples of how public relations can strengthen the Church, and it will be fascinating for our students to hear about their experiences.”
