KBYU to broadcast funeral, commemorate life of Marjorie Pay Hinckley

KBYU-TV, KBYU-FM and BYU Television will honor the life and legacy of Marjorie Pay Hinckley Saturday, April 10, with live coverage of her funeral and additional programming relating to her life throughout the morning.

KBYU-TV (Channel 11) and KBYU-FM (Classical 89) will begin coverage at 10:30 a.m. with excerpts of BYU Commencement and Women's Conference addresses featuring Marjorie Pay Hinckley, as well as a tribute to her life. The funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. and will be carried live in their entirety. Additional information is available online at kbyutv.org and kbyufm.org

BYU Television, available on cable in northern and southern Utah and on the Dish Network and DirecTV, will begin coverage at 8:30 a.m. Several talks and tributes will air before funeral coverage begins at 11 a.m. MDT. At the conclusion of the funeral, BYU Television will carry "An Interview with Marjorie Pay Hinckley." The funeral services will be rebroadcast Sunday, April 11, at 5 p.m. Additional information on the programming and other rebroadcasts is available at byutv.org.
