Electronic grade submission training offered Wednesday

A training session will be offered this week for those who will be submitting semester or block grades electronically through the new AIM system. This training will be held Wednesday, December 17, at 2 p.m. in the Harold B. Lee Library Auditorium (room 1080).

Electronic submission replaces the bubble sheets that were previously used to submit grades. Faculty members and department personnel who assist faculty members in submitting grades will benefit from this training.

During the first 30 minutes of the training session, participants will learn to access grade rolls, enter and submit grades, and add grading and teaching assistants. New grade submission policies will also be discussed. Following this presentation, an optional hands-on training session will be offered.
