The Brigham Young University School of Music presents guest performer Harold Robinson in a bassoon recital Thursday, Feb. 12, at 7:30 p.m. in the de Jong Concert Hall.
The performance is free and the public is welcome to attend.
An internationally acclaimed artist, Robinson is currently the principal contrabassist with the Philadelphia Orchestra.
He has performed with the Philadelphia Orchestra, the National Symphony, Houston Symphony, the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra, New York Philharmonic, the Rhode Island Philharmonic, the Philadelphia Orchestra Soloists, Houston Pops, American Chamber Orchestra and the Greenville South Carolina Orchestra.
Robinson is a faculty member at the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia.
