Cougar Marching Band plans Nov. 11 concert at BYU

The Brigham Young University Cougar Marching Band will present a “Pass in Review” concert Tuesday, Nov. 11, at 7:30 p.m. in the de Jong Concert Hall, Harris Fine Arts Center. Admission is free and all are welcome to attend.

Directed by Fred McInnis, the Cougar Marching Band will present selections from the season’s repertoire performed at football games. The band will also perform pieces by Earth, Wind and Fire, Michael Buble and Jimi Hendrix.

“It’s the excitement of a football game without the football,” McInnis said. “It will be the loudest concert on campus.”

For more information, contact Fred McInnis at (801) 422-3420.

BYU professor Matt Seeley created the Strong Youth Project after watching all five of his children participate in youth sports.
