Campus personnel on leave need to store materials with Physical Facilities

Materials related to the university's academic pursuits — such as books, class notes, equipment, computer storage, etc. — belonging to BYU personnel who are on recognized leaves (professional development, mission presidencies, spring and summer term absences, etc.) are not to be stored by a department or college.

As an alternativve to home or commercial storage, BYU Physical Facilities will provide an inventoried and secure repository for all such materials. Contact Anne Schroeder at ext. 2-5409, anne_schroeder@byu.edu, for authorization.

Materials must be boxed and the boxes must be labeled with the individual's name, department and storage duration, and then marked "box #___ of ___ boxes."

Arrangements for boxes, labels and pickup can be made through Taft Kaze at ext. 2-2710, tkk@byu.edu.
