Synthesis, Brigham Young University’s top jazz group, will present a night of swing, blues and jazz music Wednesday, Nov. 29, at 7:30 p.m. in the de Jong Concert Hall.
Admission will be $9 or $6 with a BYU or student ID. Tickets can be purchased at the Fine Arts Ticket Office, by calling (801) 422-7664 or by visiting performances.byu.edu.
The group will welcome special guests Vocal Point, the BYU international champion a cappella men’s choir, to join in the performance.
Synthesis’ repertoire will include music by Duke Ellington, Fred Rogers, Stan Keaton and Gordon Goodwin, as well as pieces written by members of the group.
