BYU's faculty Orpheus Wind Quintet in recital Oct. 22

Brigham Young University’s Orpheus Wind Quintet from the School of Music will present a recital Tuesday, Oct. 22 at 7:30 p.m. in the Madsen Recital Hall.

Admission is free and the public is welcome to attend.

The quintet features April Clayton on flute, Jaren Hinckley on clarinet, Geralyn Giovannetti on oboe, Christian Smith on bassoon and Laurence Lowe on french horn.

The performance will include the premiere of new works by Clint Needham and Joseph Gregorio. Orpheus Wind Quintet will also play the well-known and popular Quintet by Taffanel.
