BYU Wind Symphony, Symphonic Band plan concert Oct. 30

Brigham Young University’s Wind Symphony and Symphonic Band will join forces for a concert Friday, Oct. 30, at 7:30 p.m. in the de Jong Concert Hall.

Tickets are available at the Fine Arts Ticket Office, (801) 422-4322, or by visiting byuarts.com. Tickets cost between $8 and $11.

BYU’s Wind Symphony is made up of 47 brass, woodwind and percussion performers under the direction of Don Peterson. The BYU Symphonic Band, conducted by Kirt Saville, uses a full concert band instrumentation of approximately 85 musicians.
