United Way of Utah County will host a Day of Caring for all Brigham Young University full time-employees on Thursday, Sept. 4 from 7:30 a.m. to noon.
The day will begin at 7:30 a.m. with a complimentary breakfast under the south end zone of the LaVell Edwards Stadium served by community and University leaders. The half-day of service projects will then include painting, landscaping, general maintenance and cleaning.
President Cecil O. Samuelson has approved four paid service hours for full-time employees who clear Day of Caring attendance with their immediate supervisors and registers to participate.
After clearing these hours, RSVP to BYU’s United Way coordinator, Phyllis Jensen, at phyllis_jensen@byu.edu or your area’s United Way representative before Aug. 30.
