BYU School of Music presents the University Chorale Dec. 8

The Brigham Young University School of Music presents the University Chorale in concert Wednesday, Dec. 8 at 7:30 p.m. in the de Jong Concert Hall.

The non-auditioned University Chorale is offered to all BYU students with two sections, a daytime section and an evening section.

The day section of University Chorale will perform a variety of pieces including "God is Gone Up" by Gerald Finzi, "The Lord is My Shepherd" by David Ashley White and "Domine Jesu Christe" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

They will also sing three Christmas favorites, "Ding Dong! Merrily on High," "Three Kings of Orient" and "The Holly and the Ivy."

The evening section will perform "Wassail Song" arranged by Vaughan Williams, "Away in a Manger" arranged by Mack Wilberg" and "My Heart is Offered Now to Thee" by Orlando di Lasso.

They will also perform three songs related to a sailor theme, "The Dark Eyed Sailor," "The Sailor and Young Nancy" and "What Shall We do With a Drunken Sailor?"

He has particular expertise in the planning, design, construction and operation of public water systems. That expertise has been increasingly important (and regularly sought out) in the wake of apocalyptic wildfires that have taxed those public water systems.
