BYU Office Professionals Conference will be March 15-17

The Office Professionals Advisory Committee and Human Resource Services will host the 14th annual Office Professionals Conference Wednesday through Friday, March 15-17, in the Wilkinson Student Center.

The theme of this year’s conference is “I Am Only One, But I Am One,” which is supported by the scripture found in Alma 37:6, “By small and simple things are great things brought to pass.”

The conference provides opportunities for personal and professional growth and shows appreciation for excellence exhibited by professional personnel at all levels of office support.

LaVell and Patti Edwards will be the keynote speakers, and general sessions will be presented by Michael Cottam and Pamela Hansen. Additional breakout sessions will be featured each day, as well as brown-bag luncheons on Wednesday and Thursday featuring the Rocky Mountain Express Cloggers and Karl Hale’s “Juggling for Life.”

One Voice will perform at the catered luncheon on Friday.

The mission of OPAC is to advise the assistant administrative vice president for Human Resource Services, to promote excellence by providing opportunities for networking, recognition and exchange of ideas and to encourage personal and professional growth.

Additional conference information can be found at www.byu.edu/hr/opac/registration or by contacting an OPAC area representative. Online registration will be available until Feb. 28.
