BYU faculty panel to discuss Egypt, future of Middle East Feb. 9

The David M. Kennedy Center for International Studies at Brigham Young University is hosting a faculty panel to discuss “What's Next? Tunisia, Egypt and the Future of the Middle East” Wednesday, Feb. 9, at noon in 238 Herald R. Clark Building. Admission is free and the public is welcome to attend.

Faculty experts will examine the implications of current events in Tunisa, Eqypt and the Middle East region. The BYU faculty panel members will include Donna Lee Bowen, professor of political science; Joshua Gubler, visiting professor of political science; John Hughes, professor of communications; Dilworth B. Parkinson, professor of Arabic; and Jessica Preece, assistant professor of political science.

A question-and-answer session will follow the panel discussion.
