BYU Children’s, Teens Dance Program performs children’s choreography Feb. 13

The Brigham Young University Department of Dance will present the BYU Children’s and Teens Program performing children’s choreography on Friday, Feb. 13, at 7:30 p.m. in the Dance Production Theatre (166 Richards Building).

All seats are $4 and tickets are available at 147 Harman Building or at the door.

More than 20 children from age 4 through their teens will be presenting dance works they have created themselves.

“This concert is different from others because what you’ll see are dances that have all been choreographed by the children in the program,” said Kathleen Sheffield, assistant director for the BYU Children and Teens’ Creative Dance Program. “It’s a great example of what the mind of a child can come up with and perform.”

For more information, contact Kathleen Sheffield at (801) 422-2043.
