BYU audition choirs plan Fall Showcase Sept. 22-23

The four audition choirs at Brigham Young University will present the Annual Fall Choral Showcase Thursday and Friday, Sept. 22-23, at 7:30 p.m. in the de Jong Concert Hall.

Tickets are $6 for students and adults. For tickets, contact the Fine Arts Ticket Office at (801) 422-4322 or purchase online at byuarts.com/tickets.

The four choirs — Men’s Chorus, Women’s Chorus, Concert Choir and BYU Singers — will perform together to usher in the fall choral performance calendar.

Each choir will perform three pieces of varying styles, from contemporary arrangements of Broadway hits to “Ave Maria” and hymn arrangements. The choirs will end the concert together with two sacred pieces.
