The Brigham Young University School of Music presents renowned cellist Bernard Greenhouse in a series of free master classes on Thursday and Friday, Feb. 5 and 6, from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Maeser Building auditorium on the southwest end of campus.
Greenhouse is a founding member of the Beaux Arts Trio, has won a reputation as one of the major interpreters on his instrument. He has made appearances in most major cities in Europe and America in recital, with orchestras, in chamber music recitals and in recordings.
Greenhouse has recently retired from his position as a professor at Rutgers University and the New England Conservatory of Music.
