Bean Museum hosts Game Show Date Night activity March 13

The Monte L. Bean Life Science Museum at Brigham Young University will be hosting a Game Show Date Night Saturday, March 13, from 7 to 9 p.m.

Tickets for the event are $15 a couple and can be purchased at the museum or by calling (801) 422-5051.

The Date Night will include a “Family Feud” style game. Questions will come from informal surveys that dealt with questions regarding Provo and BYU. Dinner includes pizza, salad and dessert. The Date Night will occur after the museum has closed for the day, allowing for a more personal experience at the museum.

The Bean Life Science Museum is located at 645 East 1430 North in Provo, just southeast of the Marriott Center.

BYU’s space ace: Minor planet named in honor of Jani Radebaugh

BYU planetary geology professor Jani Radebaugh’s contributions to planetary science have reached cosmic proportions as she recently received the prestigious honor of having a minor planet named her. The asteroid, previously known as “45690,” now bears the name “45690janiradebaugh” on official NASA/JPL websites.
