Acclaimed Boston Trio in BYU Chamber Series concert

The Boston Trio featuring violinist Irina Muresanu, cellist Allison Eldredge and pianist Heng-Jin Park Ellsworth will be guests of the Chamber Music Series Friday, March 21, at 7:30 p.m. in the Madsen Recital Hall at Brigham Young University.

Tickets at $9 for the general public with $3 off with a BYU or student ID are available at the Fine Arts Ticket Office, (801) 378-4322 or http://www.byu.edu/hfac.

The ensemble will also present a free master class Saturday, March 22, from 11 a.m. until noon in room E-400 of the Harris Fine Arts Center.

Since their debut in 1997, the Boston Trio has quickly become one of today's most exciting young trios and is currently the chamber ensemble-in-residence for the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.

The Boston Trio has appeared with the Boston Symphony Orchestra and has performed at venues across the Eastern United States.
