Riviera Apartments to become part of BYU on-campus housing

Riviera Apartments, located at the corner of University Parkway and University Avenue, will become part of BYU’s on-campus housing accommodations starting fall semester 2022.

Since 2013, Riviera has been operated by Property Reserve Inc. (PRI), the real estate management division of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Moving forward the property will be owned and operated by BYU.

Current resident contracts will be honored until their end date, on or before Aug. 10, 2022. Contracts signed by students for the 2022-23 school year will also be honored. Starting fall semester 2022, accommodations at Riviera will be added to Wyview Park and Heritage Halls as apartment-style, on-campus housing for single students.

Visit this BYU housing website for more information about on-campus housing.
