BYU to host family outreach conference Feb. 6

The School of Family Life at Brigham Young University will host a family outreach conference Friday, Feb. 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Wilkinson Student Center on the BYU campus.

The conference theme is “Share and Defend” and will focus on ways to promote the tenets of “The Family: A Proclamation to the World” from the First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Presenters at the conference include Richard and Linda Eyre, Joy and Gary Lundberg, Brenton Yorgason and others. For a complete schedule, visit the Web site www.family-outreach.com.

The public is invited to attend this conference. The cost of the conference is $35 and includes lunch and materials. Students can attend free of charge, with an optional charge of $5 for lunch.
