Bishop Gary E. Stevenson, Presiding Bishop of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, will speak at the Brigham Young University campus devotional Tuesday, Jan. 14, at 11:05 a.m. in the Marriott Center.

At the time of his call to serve as the Presiding Bishop, Bishop Stevenson was serving in the First Quorum of the Seventy and as president in the Asia North Area.
He has served in numerous Church callings, including stake president’s counselor, bishop and president of the Japan Nagoya Mission (2004-2007). He was called to the First Quorum of the Seventy in 2008.
Prior to his call to be a General Authority, Bishop Stevenson cofounded and served as president of an exercise equipment manufacturing company.
