Tracy Flinders, vice president of information technology and chief information officer at BYU, delivered Tuesday’s devotional address. He spoke on the importance of higher education and discovering our true identities.

Sister Neill F. Marriott, former Second Counselor in the Young Women General Presidency for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, delivered Tuesday’s devotional address. She spoke on the process of focusing on the Savior, receiving His strength and becoming more like Him.

Anthony Sweat, associate teaching professor of Church history and doctrine, delivered Tuesday’s devotional address. He spoke on the importance of the endowment and drawing upon God’s power in our lives.

Elder D. Todd Christofferson, a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, delivered Tuesday’s devotional address. He spoke on the two great commandments and the significance of their order.

Elder Kelly R. Johnson, General Authority Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, delivered Tuesday’s devotional address. He spoke about casting aside distractions and remaining focused on Christ and His covenant path.

Megan Sanborn Jones, chair of the Department of Theatre and Media Arts, delivered Tuesday’s devotional address. She spoke on diminishing selfishness through being a good neighbor.

Elder Vern P. Stanfill, General Authority Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, delivered Tuesday’s devotional address. He spoke about exemplifying the Beatitudes’ definition of “peacemaker.”

Elder Clark G. Gilbert, General Authority Seventy and Commissioner of the Church Educational System, delivered Tuesday’s devotional address. He spoke on how BYU’s mission enables a union of sacred and secular studies and shared four attributes of Christ that can bring us comfort during perilous times.

Justin Collings, professor of law and an associate dean for BYU Faculty and Curriculum, delivered Tuesday’s devotional address. He gave six recommendations for upholding BYU’s special standard.

Elder Jeffrey R. Holland and Sister Patricia Holland delivered Tuesday’s devotional address. Sister Holland testified of God’s awareness of His children, and Elder Holland spoke on how we can become submissive and faithful saints through the Atonement of Jesus Christ.

Sister Camille N. Johnson, the Primary General President for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, delivered Tuesday’s devotional address. She spoke on anchoring ourselves to Christ.

President Kevin J Worthen and Sister Peggy S. Worthen welcomed students back to campus with the first devotional of the winter 2022 semester. Sister Worthen spoke on becoming more considerate, and President Worthen explained how humility can be a life-changing trait.

Gilbert Fellingham, professor of statistics, delivered Tuesday’s devotional address. As a statistician, coach and Latter-day Saint, Fellingham has a unique view of the world. He spoke on six rules that he’s learned during his career that aid in our temporal and eternal journeys.

Julie Valentine, associate dean of the College of Nursing, delivered Tuesday’s devotional address. She spoke on the noble responsibilities and duties each child of God has.

Sister Becky Craven, Second Counselor in the Young Women General Presidency, delivered Tuesday’s devotional address. She spoke on how we can improve the dignity and demeanor of our discipleship.
