BYU employee Melvin W. Anderson, 63, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 5. Anderson was an administrative employee in the Office of Information Technology.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. today, Dec. 10, 2012, at the LDS chapel located at 4300 N. Canyon Road, Provo. A viewing was held prior to funeral services.

In honor of Anderson, BYU has lowered the ASB Flag of the United States to half-staff today.
