British composers focus of BYU Singers, Concert Choir performances Nov. 13-14

The BYU Singers and Concert Choir will join forces for an evening of works by English composers Friday and Saturday, Nov. 13-14, at 7:30 p.m. in Brigham Young University's de Jong Concert Hall.

Tickets are available at the Fine Arts Ticket Office, (801) 422-4322 or at byuarts.com.

The BYU Singers are directed by Ronald J. Staheli, and the Concert Choir is under the direction of Rosalind Hall. They will perform works by Charles Hubert Hastings Parry, Edward Elgar, John Taverner, Thomas Tallis, William Byrd, Gerald Raphael Finzi, Henry Purcell and Edward Cuthbert Bairstow as well as two arrangements of English songs by Mack Wilberg.
